Two plans. Both annual.

RedpointRackBox is billed once a year. There is no monthly option, no free tier and no usage-based surprise. The whole price is on this page.

Why annual only

The product needs time before it is worth anything. It spends its first 14 days watching and doing nothing, and it only starts acting on its own after you have answered its suggestions. A one-month subscription would end at roughly the point the assistant became useful. Charging annually is the honest shape for that, and we would rather say so than bury it.

What you are charged

If a payment fails

You keep everything for 5 days while we retry — full function, no degradation. After that the assistant stops: it stops classifying, stops holding anything new, and releases its connection to your Gmail, because we do not want to be reading mail we are not being paid to read.

Nothing you have held is destroyed. The purge stops too. Everything in your held mail freezes exactly where it is, and restore keeps working. Not paying us never costs you your email.

Before you pay

Signing up goes through Google. You will be asked to grant access to your Gmail so the assistant can read it and move things between labels — that is the whole of what it needs, and the trust page spells out exactly what we store.
